Are there options / substitutions if one does not like a certain product on the program?Updated 6 months ago

There is enough food in your program to stay nourished and satisfied throughout the day. It is important to understand that nothing is mandatory so if you do not like something, choose from one of the other items on the program for that day. See the “Shopping List” on in your 5-Day Reset Guide and refer to your protocol of choice (Lean, Lifestyle, Active) if you feel the need to add to your program.
