How can I apply a promo code to my completed order?Updated 7 months ago

Unfortunately, we cannot add a promo code to an order that has already been completed. If you realize after placing your order that you forgot to apply a discount code, please reach out to our customer service team. We can process a refund equivalent to the value of the discount you were entitled to. The refund may take a few days to appear back on your card, typically within a date range provided by our support team. Keep in mind, promo codes are generally meant for one-time purchases and not for subscriptions unless specified otherwise.
