How can I manage my subscription or change its frequency?Updated 2 months ago
Managing your subscription is easy from your Kroma Wellness store account. If you have an active subscription, you can log in to your account to:
- Skip a shipment, if necessary.
- Change the frequency of your subscription to better suit your needs.
- Pause or cancel your subscription at your convenience.
- Swap products, if desired.
Simply log into your account and select ‘My Subscriptions’. If you're wanting to change the subscription frequency, select an option in the drop-down category.
If you want to change the frequency on a different shipment, locate the subscription you want to skip and click 'Manage this subscription'. From here, you can reschedule for a later date, skip the next order, swap for a different product, update quantity, and change frequency. Once your changes are made, be sure to click 'Save Changes'
You can also click the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ button in your upcoming subscription reminder email to go directly to your account. Feel free to reach out to us for help with your subscriptions at [email protected].
If you have not yet created an account with our store and prefer not to, we can send you a link to access your subscription portal.
