What’s the status of my order?Updated 6 months ago

Once your order is successfully submitted, it goes to the Kroma warehouse for processing and packaging. We try to process orders within 48 hours, but it can take up to 72 hours. When your order leaves the warehouse, it will be routed to one of our 3rd party shippers. The shipper will then deliver in the window according to the shipping method you chose at checkout.
