Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?Updated 6 months ago

Estimated ship times shown at checkout are the transit times for the carrier selected. This time does not include Kroma's processing time. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time in our facility after order placement. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. From there, most orders deliver within the estimated time window. However, shippers can experience unexpected delays due to weather, staffing shortages, or other unforeseen events. International shipments may also experience delays due to customs clearance processes. For international shipments, please allow for 2-4 weeks from time of shipment to delivery.
